Introducing the JK Rowling Birthday Project!
Hello everybody!!! My name is Kristen, webmiss of JKRfan.com and I'm here to announce to everybody the opening of our newest project:Our project consists of two different parts: 1) Showing your appreciation for Jo by sending in stories, letters, etc. & 2) and helping to make a world free from poverty through donations to Comic Relief!
We would love for all of our visitors to send us their Harry Potter story! We are going to be collecting pictures, stories, poems, etc from all of our visitors and compiling them into a scrapbook to send to Jo for her birthday!
Additionally, our goal with this project is to raise $1,000 for Comic Relief! We have 5 months to do it and I believe that every small donation can make a difference! We have set up a Red Nose Day Account where fans of JK Rowling will be able to donate to Comic Relief for the JK Rowling Birthday Project!
So what can you do? Spread the world about the project to help raise money and show Jo your appreciation! The project will continue until July, when all of the letters and scrapbook will be sent to Jo!
